Getting started
Start here
Bring a tool your team needs, a site for a customer, or two systems that have to talk to each other. Bonfÿre is the software underneath. Aurekai is Nick Gonzales building it, delivering it and keeping it running.
Choose your starting point
| I want to… | Start here | The guide covers |
|---|---|---|
| Run separate sites for several customers | White-label delivery | One installation, each customer under their own name and address |
| Turn a recording into something people can search | Recording to workspace | Transcript, searchable pages and saved notes |
| Follow a request through to the books | Request to books | Offers, acceptance, invoices and recorded payments |
| Move between existing systems | Integration and migration | WordPress, Frappe and databases, checked after the move |
| Build something that runs without a hosted service | Local-first applications | C, Bun, Wasm, SQLite, Arrow and vector search |
| Measure and compress a model | Models and compression | A pinned model download, saved measurements and recovery |
See it before you read about it
| Sample | What it is | Open |
|---|---|---|
| Three shop sites | A pottery studio, a bike workshop and a bakery, each with its own look, run together | Three businesses |
| Team tools | A fixture planner, a product editor and a shipment-file check you can use in the browser | Work samples |
| A training app | Members train from their phone and coaches publish programmes under the studio's name | Walk-through |
| Document search | Ask a question and get the paragraph that answers it, with its source | Walk-through |
One piece of work, several ways in
A customer uses the finished site or app. An agency looks after several customers and keeps them apart. A developer calls the same thing from a command or a library. An assistant reaches it as a tool over MCP, with only the access it was given. All four are looking at the same records.
| Way in | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Website | Pages, search, enquiries, bookings and publishing |
| Agency workspace | Each customer's settings, people and deployments |
| Command line and library | Building, inspecting and scripting |
| MCP | Letting an assistant read or act within set limits |
| These guides | Steps you can run, with the result you should see |
One application, several interfaces shows the same page read each way.
Keep each customer separate
A customer's site carries their own address, design, content and tools. A key issued for one customer does not open another customer's data. The white-label guide sets up three sites and then shows a request across customers being refused.
